Dr. Shaw is a very caring person, takes her time to explain explain why and what she feels should be done in your situation. Her office personnel are also very caring, professional and helpful.

I felt the doctor really listened to me even though she is running more tests. More needles and xrays and really no relief yet. I tried calling, always get an answering machine. I needed help with the portal to see my results. No one called me back. But other than that the doctor herself was great.

Allison is an exceptional nurse practitioner and an even better person. I always feel like my opinions and needs truly matter to her, and she takes time to listen. This entire practice is amazing and I recommend it highly.

It is always a great experience when I visit with Dr Hoover. I call it a visit because that is what you feel like you are doing there, just visiting. You can really tell he cares about you. I’m hoping he won’t retire anytime soon.

I have never had a bad experience at Cullman Internal Medicine. Staff are friendly and excepting, kind and generous. I always am notified when a refill is called in through the patient portal. I trust my doctor and the nurse practitioners. Always a good experience!
